Michaela Hrušková

Michaela Hrušková has a diverse work experience starting from 2016. Michaela began their professional journey at McDonald's where they held various roles, including General Employee, Crew Trainer, Director of McCafé, and Director of Customer Care. During this time, they developed skills in leadership, recruitment, employee training, and soft skills development. In 2019, they joined AIESEC Česká republika and held positions such as Exchange Participant Manager, Team Leader, Product Manager of Outgoing Internships, and National Director Human Resources. Michaela was also the President of AIESEC Česká republika from 2023. Additionally, they worked as an Office Manager at Sdružení VIA, where they assisted with office tasks and recruitment processes. Currently, they are part of the Global Steering Team at AIESEC, contributing to the achievement of the A2025 mid-term vision. Michaela also has a role as an Office Manager at Yeye Agency. Throughout their career, Michaela has gained a wide range of skills and experiences in management, HR, recruitment, and team leadership.

Michaela Hrušková completed their education from 2016 to 2020 at the Secondary School of Business, Applied Arts and Design, earning a Maturita degree in Economics and Business - Tourism. In 2019, they also obtained a certification as a Barista professional from Segafredo Zanetti CR.
