Bogar Garcia Milan

Bogar Garcia Milan is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in organizational development and youth empowerment through AIESEC. Since June 2017, Bogar has served as the Chief People Officer and Vice President of the Organizational Development Member Committee at AIESEC in Finland. As a co-founder of AIESEC in Seychelles and Chief Operations Officer at AIESEC, Bogar has uniquely contributed to fostering leadership development experiences and cross-cultural exchanges for youth both locally and internationally. Bogar has also served in roles such as National Support Team Member for Market Intelligence in Mexico and Local Committee Vice President in Aguascalientes, focusing on creating experiential leadership opportunities. Educationally, Bogar completed high school at Tecnológico de Monterrey, specializing in Leadership and Performing Arts.
