Iva Radaković

Iva Radaković has diverse work experience in various roles. Iva started their career as a Sales Assistant at Zdravo bilje in December 2019 and worked there until November 2021. Iva then joined the Developmental Psychology Laboratory as an Undergraduate Research Assistant from October 2021 to October 2022. In 2023, they worked as a Human Resources Intern at Levi9 Technology Services for a brief period from May to June. Iva also gained experience as a Casting Manager Assistant and Coordinator at PRVA TV starting in September 2023. Iva then joined Telekom Srbija as a Training and Development Intern in January 2024. Additionally, Iva has held multiple roles at AIESEC in Serbia, including Team Member of Marketing and Public Relations from February to July 2022, Team Leader of Incoming Global Talent from July 2022 to February 2023, and Vice President of B2C Sales and International Relations from February 2023.

Iva Radaković holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Belgrade, which was obtained from 2023 to 2024. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the same university from 2019 to 2023. In 2021 to 2022, Iva received a Basic Course Certificate from the Serbian Constructivist Association. Iva completed their secondary education at the Third Belgrade Grammar School from 2015 to 2019. Iva is currently pursuing a certification in psychotherapy at PLK Centar - Asocijacija za konstruktivizam i integrativnu. Additionally, they have an introductory course certification in constructivist psychotherapy from the Serbian Constructivist Association.
