Grigor Janikyan is a civil society leader and NGO founder dedicated to advancing democracy, youth participation, and inclusive development in Armenia and Europe. Currently serving as a Youth Work Policy Development Expert at the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Armenia, Grigor conducts research and engages with stakeholders to enhance youth policies. They are also the founder and President of Youth for Change NGO, managing various projects aimed at empowering youth and promoting democratic values. Grigor has held several notable positions, including Regional Programme Officer at the Westminster Foundation for Democracy and Program Coordinator at the OxYGen Foundation, contributing to impactful initiatives across multiple sectors. They hold a Master of Public Administration from the Armenian State University of Economics and have completed dual bachelor's degrees in Management from the French University of Armenia and Université Jean Moulin (Lyon III).
