Ivan Shostak is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience at AIESEC, currently serving as Consultancy Manager and Finance Manager since January 2023. Previously, Ivan held the position of Head Finance Operations at AIESEC Ukraine, overseeing various financial responsibilities and leading a team to enhance financial processes. Ivan’s background includes roles as Finance Startup Manager and Head of Finance Department in Ternopil, where skills in financial analysis, reporting, budget management, and team leadership were developed. Additionally, Ivan has managed projects that required adaptability and effective people management skills, particularly during the transition to online formats amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Ivan holds a degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ternopil State 'Ivan Pul'uj' Technical University, completed in 2023.
