Philip Cooper

Philip Cooper is an experienced engineering and project management professional with a strong background in the oil and gas sector. Currently serving as Aramis FEED Project Director and Subsea and Pipelines Consultancy Manager at Petrofac since March 2021, Philip leads technical and commercial aspects of significant projects, including a dense phase CO2 pipeline and subsea systems. Philip has held various leadership roles, including Corporate Development Director at Xodus Group, where international expansion was a key focus, and Global Technology Director at INTECSEA, overseeing technology strategy and substantial revenue management. Additional expertise includes engineering management at Heerema Marine Contractors and founding a successful independent subsea engineering contractor, KW Ltd. Philip holds a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Loughborough University.
