AIESEC in IFM is the local chapter of AIESEC in Tanzania, based at the Institute of Finance Management in Dar es Salaam. As part of the world’s largest youth-led organization, we empower young people to develop leadership skills through cross-cultural exchange, professional experiences, and impactful projects.

Our mission is to create value-driven leaders who take action towards making a positive impact in their communities and beyond. We provide students with opportunities to grow personally and professionally through volunteering, internships, and local team experiences that foster teamwork, innovation, and global awareness.
