Ford M. Scudder

Ford M. Scudder, CFA, currently serves as a Fellow at the AIF Institute Center for Private Capital Investing with AIF Global and as Managing Director at U.S. Pension Alliance, Inc. Scudder has extensive experience in investment management, having previously held the role of Managing Director at Guggenheim Partners, where oversight included new investment origination for an infrastructure investment team and managing significant co-investments. Scudder's public sector experience includes serving as State Treasurer for New Jersey, responsible for managing the $35 billion State budget and overseeing a large team within the Department of the Treasury. Prior to these positions, Scudder was Chief Operating Officer at Laffer Associates, where leadership involved directing research on economic policy's impact on asset values for institutional clients. Academic credentials include an MBA from Vanderbilt University and an A.B. in Economics from Princeton University.
