ai{Found}RE™ is the AI visibility scoring and improvement system for real estate agents. We measure exactly how often AI assistants — ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Claude — recommend an agent when buyers ask the question most agents are ignoring: "Does AI know I exist?"

The company was founded in 2026 by Nancy Chu and Raf Ricci after their own real estate team's AI-sourced lead share went from 0% to roughly 35% of closings in twelve months. They didn't follow a playbook — they wrote one. Once the system worked on their team, they productized it.

Nancy Chu is a #28 RealTrends 1000 agent, KW Top 100 worldwide, and a KW National Trainer with 1,300+ career closings and over $500 million in volume. The methodology was built for her own team first; ai{Found}RE exists because it earned the right to.

The product is built on a single proprietary metric: the FoundScore™. We run 125 prompts across five AI platforms per audit, score how often the agent is mentioned, weight by platform consumer share, and return a number from 0 to 50. Most agents start in the single digits. The score moves measurably with focused work — and we have the receipts.

Two ways to engage:
