Ben Brown

Ben Brown has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Managing Director of Complex Claims at AIG since June 2011. Prior roles at AIG include Casualty Claims Manager, Fast Track Claims Manager, and Casualty Claims Specialist. Prior to joining AIG, Ben Brown worked as a Claims Representative at Progressive Insurance from January 2005 to June 2011. Ben Brown holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, specializing in Public Relations, from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, earned between 2000 and 2004.
