Brandon Thomas is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting and claims adjustment. Currently serving as a Senior Underwriter at AIG since June 2023, Brandon previously held positions at Travelers as an Associate Underwriter and Auto Claims Adjuster, where Brandon was recognized for exceptional customer service and leadership, cutting costs significantly for the company. With a history of successful claims management at Allstate and The Hanover Insurance Group, Brandon demonstrated a strong ability to negotiate and resolve claims efficiently while achieving high customer satisfaction ratings. In addition to insurance roles, Brandon owned and operated 2gether Fit, where entrepreneurial efforts led to substantial revenue growth and client expansion.
