Chris Holcombe currently serves as the Global Claims COO at AIG, beginning in January 2023. Previously, Chris held the role of SVP, Digital Claims at HomeServe USA from October 2021 to April 2023, and was involved in business transformation at Protective Life from September 2020 to October 2021. A significant tenure at Chubb from 2014 to September 2020 included leadership in Global Claims Digital and management of Group Claims Technology & Operations, where Chris led the integration of claims organizations post-acquisition, realizing substantial cost savings and technology advancements. Earlier experience includes positions at Catlin, Esurance, and Progressive Insurance, with a focus on claims operations, technology management, and customer experience improvement. Chris holds a Bachelor of Science in Consumer Economics from The University of Alabama.
