Donna Clampitt

Donna Clampitt serves as Vice President of Operations and Program Management at AIG, leading a multi-site Operations Center for the Individual & Group Life & Retirement business, processing $30 billion in transactions annually. Previously, Donna held a Vice President role at Marsh, overseeing operations for 35 offices and developing a solution that significantly reduced fines related to accounts payable. Donna's experience also includes a consultancy position at JPMorgan Chase, where project management efforts contributed to the successful merger of Chase & Bank One, and a leadership role at Citi, managing financial operations across multiple countries. Donna holds a Master's degree in Neuropsychology from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Queens College, City University of New York.
