Ganesvaran Ramasamy

Ganesvaran Ramasamy serves as the Head of Human Resources for Malaysia and Thailand at AIG since September 2021, following a tenure as the Head of Human Resources at AIG Malaysia from October 2019 to August 2021. Prior experiences include positions as Human Resources Business Partner and Manager of Human Resources at AIG Shared Services Malaysia, and roles as HR Manager at Scicom (MSC) Bhd and JAVA BERHAD, overseeing comprehensive human resource functions for a workforce exceeding 1,200 employees. Ganesvaran Ramasamy holds two Master of Business Administration degrees from Putra Business School, specializing in Human Resources Management and Human Development and Family Studies.
