Ifat Papo is a global human resources executive with extensive experience in partnering with management at all organizational levels. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Nokia since 2020, Ifat leads various employee-related programs and manages HR operations while ensuring compliance with labor laws. Previously, Ifat held roles at Partner Communications Company Ltd., AIG, and other organizations, focusing on talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational change. Ifat earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from The Open University and is currently pursuing education in Human Resources Management at Bar-Ilan University.
