Jenny Ross

Jenny Ross boasts extensive experience in accounting policy and regulation, serving as Vice President of Accounting Policy at XL Capital from August 2004 to July 2007. Since July 2007, Jenny has led the Accounting Policy and Regulation (Solvency II) efforts at Alico (American Life Insurance Company), overseeing the organization’s Solvency II Project and managing compliance with various accounting standards including IFRS and US GAAP. Prior experience includes a managerial role at Arthur Andersen from 2001 to 2004. Jenny holds a Bachelor of Accounting (Honours) degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, obtained between 1991 and 1995, and is a Chartered Accountant.
