Kaitlyn Dickerson

Kaitlyn Dickerson currently serves as the Global Head of Talent & Performance Management at AIG, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn was an Executive Director of Human Resources at Morgan Stanley from April 2023 to July 2025. Kaitlyn's extensive experience at GE spans multiple roles, including HR Leader for Internal Audit and Organization and Talent Development Leader in Finance, where significant contributions were made to align talent management practices with organizational strategies. Earlier roles at GE Digital and GE Capital involved HR business partnering and leadership development. Kaitlyn began a career in finance with entry-level programs at GE Capital and GE, culminating in a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting from Michigan State University.
