Richie Hsu

Richie Hsu is an experienced professional currently serving as Team Lead - Operations Business Support at AIG since November 2023. Previously, Richie held multiple roles at First AML from November 2020 to August 2023, including Customer Support & Analytics Lead, where management of a team of six and preparation of analytical reports for executive stakeholders were key responsibilities. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Support Specialist and Anti-Money Laundering Analyst at PB Tech, and ICT Account Manager, where Richie focused on optimizing support operations and client relations. Early career experience includes serving as Assistant Manager at Fat Boys Tavern, overseeing team performance and shift management. Richie is pursuing a Postgraduate Certificate in Information Technology at The University of Auckland, following a Bachelor’s of Accountancy from Massey University.
