Rita Khess

Rita Khess is a seasoned finance leader currently serving as the Director of Technology Finance FP&A at AIG, where they manage a $1.3 billion expense budget for various global functions. With a strong background in financial analysis and management, Rita has held significant roles at top firms such as J.P. Morgan, Dreyfus Corp, Lehman Brothers Inc, Bank of America/Merrill Lynch, and Barclays Investment Bank. Rita’s expertise includes budgeting, forecasting, and operational improvements, along with a notable history of delivering efficiency gains within the insurance and financial services industries. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the City University of New York-College of Staten Island, where they continue their education.
