Scott Reichard

Scott Reichard serves as the Controller for Real Estate at AIG since August 2023, bringing extensive experience in corporate financial management. Previously, Scott held the position of Corporate Controller at PropertyTek from December 2021 to August 2023, where responsibilities included financial statements and SEC financial reporting. Prior to that, Scott was Corporate Controller at Onepath LLC from January 2018 to December 2021, focusing on financial statements and consolidation. At Acuity Brands, from February 2008 to December 2017, Scott directed accounting and reporting functions, overseeing a team and managing financial compliance for a $3B manufacturing firm. Scott's career also includes a role as Sr. Finance Manager at VF Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed analyzing monthly results and implementing financial improvements across international operations. Scott holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Accounting from Clemson University.
