Sham Ramai is currently the AVP of Global Energy and Engineered Claims at AIG, a position held since 2006. Previously, Sham worked as an Executive General Adjuster at Crawford and Company from 1999 to 2006 and served as a General Adjuster for both Crawford and Company and The Hartford Insurance Group in the 1990s. Sham holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus, as well as professional certifications including the Associate in Claims and Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter.
