Stacey Johnson

Stacey Johnson is a highly experienced professional with a robust background in claims administration and employee development. Currently serving as Claims Director at AIG Travel Guard since July 2017, Stacey oversees the claims processes for US travel policies, focusing on team direction and developing a strong customer service culture. Prior to this role, Stacey held various positions at Travel Guard since October 2005, including Employee Development Leader, Human Resource Supervisor, Compensation & Benefit Coordinator, and Recruiting Coordinator, where responsibilities included managing training programs, compensation structures, and recruitment processes.
