Sungha Park

Sungha Park is a Senior M&A Underwriter at AIG, bringing extensive expertise in mergers and acquisitions. They represented technology companies and startups as an Associate at Gunderson Dettmer and handled private equity transactions at Kirkland & Ellis. Sungha previously interned at Momo-o, Matsuo & Namba, where they analyzed arbitration requests and authored legal memos on U.S. law for Japanese publications. They hold a Juris Doctor from Columbia Law School and a Master’s Degree in Accounting from New York University’s Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
