Tom Cisternino

Tom Cisternino is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in the technology and operations sectors. Currently serving at AIG since December 2013 in various senior director roles, including Senior Director of Business Partner and Global Lead for IT Hardware, Network, and Telecom Sourcing, Tom is also the SVP and Global Head of End User Technology and Engineering. Prior to AIG, Tom was with AIG Global Services as SVP and General Manager of Global Business Operations for Chartis and Vice President of Performance Management. Previous experience includes serving as Director at Siemens IT Solutions & Services and VP of Outsourcing at Entex. Tom holds an educational background from Brooklyn Polytechnic from 1976 to 1978.
