Verica Suto

Verica Suto is a values-based leader with extensive experience in customer experience (CX), operations, and strategy development. They have held managerial positions at Stellantis, Foxtel, and AAMI, where they led teams in customer care, dispute resolution, and claims management. Currently, Verica is the APAC Head of Fraud and Recovery at AIG. They have pursued further education, including a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from RMIT University and are studying Lean for Leaders at AGSM @ UNSW Business School.
