Shane Skinner, CPA, is an accomplished entrepreneur, executive leader, and finance expert with a proven record in founding and growing successful ventures in technology, sports, and consumer brands. They were the Founder, Chair, and CEO of Record360, which became a global leader in mobile digital forms technology before its acquisition by Alpine Software Group in 2018. Shane also founded the Seattle Seawolves, a Major League Rugby franchise that achieved notable success, including back-to-back championships, before selling to a local investor group in 2021. With extensive experience in various financial leadership roles, Shane now serves as a strategic advisor to startups and teaches Information Systems as an adjunct professor at Seattle University. They hold an MBA from Pepperdine University and a BS in Accountancy from York College of Pennsylvania, and currently serve on the Board of Directors for Special Olympics Washington.
