James Giang

James Giang has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. James started their career as a Jr. Network Admin at Thompson National Properties, LLC in 2012 and worked there until 2014. James then joined RailPros, Inc. as a System Administrator from October 2014 to August 2016.

In 2017, James worked as an IT Analyst Intern at Integral Aerospace, where they gained experience troubleshooting operating systems such as Windows Vista, 7, 8, and 8.1.

Following this, James worked as a Freelancer IT Solutions Specialist from 2014, providing their expertise in IT solutions on a freelance basis.

Currently, James is employed at Aigo.ai - Chatbot with a Brain as an IT Manager since June 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of System Administrator at the same company from November 2020 to June 2022.

James Giang attended California State University, Fullerton from 2015 to 2020, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science.
