Bojana Jocic is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at AIGO since April 2020. With prior roles as Office Manager at Atom partner and HR Coordinator at Field Scope International, Bojana has developed a robust skill set in human resources strategy, employee recruitment, labor law compliance, and employee policy improvement. Bojana has extensive experience in organizing employee evaluations, conducting job analyses, and managing various HR processes, as well as administrative support roles in previous positions. Bojana holds a Bachelor's degree in Andragogy from the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Belgrade.
