Min Lei

Min Lei is an experienced finance and operations professional with a diverse background in sales operations, financial management, and strategic leadership across various industries. Currently serving as a Sales Operations & Projects leader for IDEXX in the Asia Pacific and MENA regions since August 2019, Min has also held significant roles as Chief Financial Officer for The VOID and 1药网, where responsibilities included capital raising, financial operations, and corporate strategy. As a Founding Member of AIH Technology and Board Member at WAGENLUX®, Min contributes to innovative projects and strategic initiatives. Min's extensive experience with finance operations spans notable companies like Dell and encompasses a global geographical focus, including Greater China, Japan, and Southeast Asia. Education credentials include an MBA in Finance from Rutgers University and additional leadership training from INSEAD, complemented by degrees in hospitality management and food & beverage management.
