Vincent Cohen

Head of Sales at AIHR

Vincent Cohen is currently the Head of Sales at AIHR. Prior to this, they were a Mentor at Hola, and before that an Account Executive at Plot Projects. Vincent has a focus on sales, strategy, and helping entrepreneurs stay accountable to their timelines.

Cohen has always been interested in shaping the physical future and innovative production methods. This led him to their work at Hola, where they helped design lighting solutions. Vincent then transitioned to Plot Projects, where they helped companies integrate real world user behavior into their mobile marketing automation and customer journeys. Vincent's work at AIHR is a natural extension of their previous experiences, and they are excited to be leading the sales team at such an innovative company.

Vincent Cohen holds a MSc. in Strategic Entrepreneurship from Erasmus University Rotterdam, as well as a MSc in Organizational Change & Consulting from the same institution. Vincent also has a BSc in International Business Administration from Erasmus University Rotterdam. In addition to their academic qualifications, Vincent Cohen has also received certification from the Pavilion in Rising Executives School, the Pavilion in CCO School, and Winning by Design in Revenue Growth Architecture School.

Vincent Cohen reports to Nando Steenhuis, Founder. Josiah Monardo - Growth Account Executive, Ramina Nabieva - Account Executive, and Steven Jansen - Enterprise Account Executive report to Vincent Cohen.
