Silvia Sánchez López

Silvia Sánchez López is an accomplished professional in translation and interpretation with extensive experience since 2010. Currently working as a Spanish translator at the European Investment Bank since February 2024, Silvia also serves as an AIIC Conference Interpreter since October 2021. Previous roles include university lecturer at Alma Mater Studiorum - Università di Bologna, teaching conference interpretation techniques, and a conference interpreter at Interpreti di Conferenza, collaborating with international organizations. As the founder of Wine Cellar Translations, Silvia provides specialized translation services for the wine industry. Additional experience includes positions in project management, public relations, and freelance translation and interpretation. Silvia holds degrees in Translation and Interpreting, as well as specialized training in legal and financial translation, and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Geneva.
