Walid Jamal Ahmed is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in technical support and IT services spanning over a decade. Currently serving as an IT Support Technician at Aiimi since December 2021, Walid has previously held roles such as Technical Support Engineer at Flywheel IT Services Limited and various positions at Joskos Solutions, including 1st and 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer, and Service Desk Analyst. Additional experience includes work as an IT Field Engineer at Allvotec and IT Support Engineer at de Alliantie.
