Alvaro Burgos

Alvaro Burgos has over 20 years of corporate experience. Alvaro is the founder and principal consultant of ABC&C, where they provide executive-leadership coaching and business consulting services to help leaders and organizations achieve their professional objectives. Alvaro is also an executive coach at AIIR Consulting. In the past, they worked at Roche Pharmaceuticals as a business unit manager and at Merck as a franchise manager and customer marketing manager. Alvaro also has experience working at 3M as a marketing manager and sales representative, as well as at Grupo Industrial C&F as a marketing manager. Alvaro began their career at Tecnológico de Monterrey as a corporate image coordinator. Throughout their career, Alvaro has achieved significant accomplishments, such as growing sales and market share for various brands.
