Andrew Smith has a diverse work experience starting in 2010. Andrew worked as an Assessment Associate at EASI-Consult from May 2010 to August 2011. Andrew then moved on to Maclean Power Systems where they served as an Organizational Development Coordinator from August 2011 to August 2013. Following that, they became an Organizational Development Analyst at Impelsa Corporation from August 2013 to July 2015. Andrew then joined Mind Gym as a Solutions Designer and later became a Senior Solutions Designer from July 2015 to September 2019.
