Andy Stoker

Andy Stoker has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Andy is currently the Co-founder of 30,000DAYS Ltd., an organization that focuses on executive coaching, advisory services, professional training, and leadership development.

Prior to this, Andy worked as a Change Director at STUDIO BANANA, where they were involved in design-driven transformation projects in areas such as workplace of the future, talent journey, wellbeing, and audience engagement.

In 2022, Andy became a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, where they utilize their expertise to support and guide senior executives.

Before these roles, Andy held various positions at Cisco. Andy served as the Director of People-Centric Leader with Cisco Customer Experience, Director of Organizational Culture and Transformation, Director of Service Delivery Executive for Cloud and Managed Services, Director of Partner Business Consulting, Senior Manager of Service Business Development, Senior Manager of Knowledge Management, Manager of Professional Services, and Project Engineer. In these roles, they played a pivotal role in driving change, implementing business strategies, and managing teams.

Andy also served as a Member of the Judging Panel for the Business Culture Awards, where they recognized and celebrated outstanding culture initiatives in workplaces.

Prior to joining Cisco, Andy worked as a Project Manager at Racal Network Services and as a Network Planning Engineer at Southern Electric, where they were responsible for managing projects and designing network infrastructures.

At the beginning of their career, Andy worked as a Telecom Engineer at North of Scotland Hydro-Electric Board, where they focused on remote control of electrical substations and communication systems.

Andy started their professional journey as a Technical Engineering Trainee at Central Electricity Generating Board, where they underwent a technical apprenticeship and gained exposure to various aspects of power generation.

In summary, Andy Stoker has extensive experience in executive coaching, organizational transformation, project management, and various aspects of the telecommunications industry.

Andy Stoker attended Bradford College where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Andy obtained additional certifications including a Certified Executive Coach from EMCC Global in November 2020, as well as an ITIL v3 Foundation certification.
