Anu Mandapati has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) coaching and leadership development.

Starting with St. Anne's in 2004, they worked as a Nonprofit Executive until 2010. Anu then joined WBWB, where they served as an Organizational Development & Leadership Coach from 2010 to 2014. Later, they became the Head of Leadership Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion until 2016.

From 2016 to 2021, Anu Mandapati worked at PwC as the US Diversity & Inclusion Coaching Leader and Leadership, Team & Well-being Coach. Following their tenure at PwC, they held a position as Vice President, Head of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Leadership Development at Talking Talent from 2021 to 2022.

In 2022, they joined AIIR Consulting as a Team Effectiveness & Senior Executive Coach. Anu'sresponsibilities involved providing leadership coaching and team effectiveness services.

Anu Mandapati's most recent role is as a DEI Coaching Center Faculty at The Forum on Workplace Inclusion, starting in 2021. In this position, they facilitate learning experiences and provides coaching to leaders and senior executives for increased global acumen in DEI.

Currently, Anu Mandapati is the Global Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) at Magic Leap since July 2022. Additionally, they also hold the role of Global Head of Culture & Inclusion since June 2023.

Anu Mandapati, PHR, PCC, CTPC, has a diverse educational background and a range of certifications. Anu holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from The University of Texas at Austin. Anu furthered their education at the same institution and earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Counselor Education with a focus on Counseling Psychology.

In 2011 and 2012, Anu Mandapati attended CoachVille, Center for Coaching Mastery, where they obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation. Anu continued to enhance their coaching skills by becoming a LeaderFuel Certified Facilitator through The Energy Project and a Crucial Conversations Certified Trainer through VitalSmarts in 2018. In 2019, they completed the Leadership Embodiment Level 1 program offered by Leadership Embodiment.

Anu Mandapati pursued specialized certifications in team coaching. Anu became a Certified Team Performance Coach through Team Coaching International in 2020 and obtained Individual Team Coaching Accreditation (ITCA) from EMCC Global in 2021. Additionally, in 2020, they completed the Team Coaching Gateway Foundation program at the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI).

Throughout their career, Anu Mandapati has obtained several certifications related to leadership development and counseling. Anu became a Certified John Maxwell Leadership Coach, Speaker, and Trainer through the John Maxwell Team in 2013. In 2017, they obtained The Leadership Circle Certified Practitioner designation and the Crucial Accountability Certified Trainer certification from VitalSmarts.

Furthermore, Anu Mandapati holds various human resources certifications. Anu became a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through the HR Certification Institute in 2016 and obtained the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) designation from SHRM in the same year.

To complement their coaching and leadership skills, Anu Mandapati acquired certifications in various assessment tools. Anu became a Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI) Certified Practitioner from Herrmann in 2016 and an Emotional Intelligence Profile (EIP) & EIP 360 Certified Practitioner through PSI Services LLC in 2021. Additionally, they obtained the Intercultural Development Inventory (IDI) Qualified Administrator (QA) certification from IDI, LLC in 2021.
