Christopher Cotteta

Christopher Cotteta has a diverse work experience. Christopher'smost recent position was at AIIR Consulting, where they started in October 2016 as a Research and Innovation Manager. In this role, they transformed ideas into successful products and services while supporting internal process improvements. Christopher then became the Director of Research and Innovation, leading the development of psychometric instruments and launching the team effectiveness service line. From January 2019 to April 2021, they served as the Director of Product Innovation, overseeing the growth and market launch of assessment products and contributing to product design and report writing. Currently, they are the Senior Leadership Solutions Consultant, focusing on conceptualizing and designing leadership development programs. Christopher also worked at the Fox School of Business at Temple University as the Peer Tutor Coordinator, expanding client services and improving the tutoring center. Earlier in their career, they were a Shift Manager at Saxbys Coffee, where they provided excellent customer service and improved forecasting for weekend shifts.

Christopher Cotteta received their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. Christopher attended the university from 2012 to 2016.
