David Gloss

David Gloss has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. David is currently the Head of Team Effectiveness at AIIR Consulting since December 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Principal Consultant at AIIR Consulting from March 2020 to November 2021, and as a Senior Leadership Consultant & Executive Coach from April 2019 to March 2020.

In 2019, David also became a Council Member at Forbes Coaches Council, a role they held until December 2021.

Before joining AIIR Consulting and Forbes Coaches Council, David ran their own coaching and consulting business, Gloss Coaching and Consulting, where they served as an Executive Coach and Leadership Trainer from January 2014 to March 2019.

Additionally, David worked as a Director at Phenom People from September 2016 to February 2019. Prior to that, they served as the CEO of Here's My Chance from an unspecified start date in 2011 to April 2016.

David's earlier experiences include working as a Director at Ryzing from January 2010 to March 2011, where they played a crucial role in guiding marketing, sales, and operations for the social gaming start-up until its acquisition by RockYou! Games. David also held an Associate position at SeventySix Capital from June 2009 to January 2011, and worked as a Sales Consultant at Hibu from August 2007 to July 2008.

David's career started at Deltek, where they worked as a Senior Account Executive from an unspecified start date in 2005 until 2007.

David Gloss has a diverse education history. In 2015, they obtained an Executive Development Certificate in Leadership from The Wharton School. Prior to that, in 2008 and 2009, they pursued an MBA in International Business from the Fox School of Business at Temple University. During the same period, they also completed an MBA in International Business from the Welingkar Institute of Management, which was a study abroad program in Mumbai, India affiliated with Temple University. In 2001, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Political Science from Dickinson College. Additionally, David attended Valley Forge Military Academy & College from 1997 to 2001, although it is unclear if they obtained a degree from that institution.

In terms of certifications, David has achieved several accomplishments. In 2021, they became a Certified Practitioner from Hogan Assessment Systems and a Certified Systemic Team Coach - Gateway from the Global Team Coaching Institute (GTCI). In 2020, they obtained the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from both the International Coaching Federation and iPEC Coaching. Furthermore, in 2019, they received certification as a Birkman Certified Professional from Birkman, and completed the Team Effectiveness Survey (TES) and Coaching Mindset Index (CMI) through AIIR Consulting.
