Dr. Jennifer Hall

Dr. Jennifer Hall has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Dr. Jennifer started their career in 1994 as an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Eckerd College. In 1999, they became the Director of Coaching at the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College, a position they held until 2014. During this time, they also served as the Chair of Leadership St. Pete 2012 at the St. Petersburg Area Chamber of Commerce.

In 2002, Dr. Hall joined the Center for Creative Leadership, where they took on multiple roles including Coaching Talent Manager, Adjunct Executive Coach, and Community Lead Coach in the Southern U.S. region. Dr. Jennifer'stenure at the Center for Creative Leadership lasted until 2022.

In 2010, they became a Co-Author of the Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile at Eckerd College, a cutting-edge assessment tool for assessing entrepreneurial mindset. At the same time, they also engaged in various roles at Mindset Coaching as a Principal, leveraging their expertise in clinical psychology and coaching to work with corporate leaders and business owners.

In 2017, Dr. Hall joined AIIR Consulting as a Co-Author of the Coaching Mindset Index, a self-report assessment of coaching effectiveness. The index focuses on behaviors related to candor and compassion, performance and development, and advocacy and inquiry. Dr. Hall's contributions to AIIR Consulting continue to the present day.

Most recently, in 2022, they joined Chief as a Core Group Guide, further expanding their expertise in leadership coaching and development.

Dr. Jennifer Hall's education history includes a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of Connecticut, which they obtained from 1989 to 1994. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology from Trinity College-Hartford, from 1985 to 1989.

In 2019, Dr. Hall completed the Coaching Supervision Programme from Oxford Brookes University. The specific degree name is not provided.

Apart from their formal education, Dr. Hall has obtained additional certifications. Dr. Jennifer became a Board Certified Coach (BCC) in April 2012 from the Center For Credentialing & Education.
