Holly Teska, MBA, MCEC, ACC has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fields of coaching, consulting, and leadership development. Holly is currently the Head of Leadership Consultants, Senior Executive Coach, Team Effectiveness Coach & Consultant at AIIR Consulting, where they utilize a proven methodology to help leaders create sustainable behavior change. Prior to this role, they served as the Director of Coaching at AIIR Consulting, where they delivered consulting services through face-to-face meetings and a cloud-based platform.

Before joining AIIR Consulting, Holly founded their own coaching and consulting firm, Holly M. Teska Coaching & Consulting LLC, where they provided executive and leadership coaching, as well as support in areas such as strategic planning, effective communication, and managing change. Holly also served as the President, Co-Founder, and Co-Host of UpliftingWomen, a podcast dedicated to sharing stories of women making a difference in the world.

Holly has also held positions at Pappas DeLaney LLC as an Executive Partner, Workfolio as a Client Success professional, and the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC) as a Conference Chair and Emcee. Additionally, they worked at LAK Group as an Executive Coach/Senior Consultant and later as the Managing Principal of Executive Coaching.

Earlier in their career, Holly worked at Right Management, where they held various leadership roles, including Vice President, Managing Principal, North America Coaching, and Vice President, Principal Consultant -- Americas West Region Coaching Leader. In these positions, they were responsible for leading the coaching practice, talent management, and strategic talent development for the firm.

Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Management (Summa Cum Laude) from Cardinal Stritch University.

In addition to their degrees, Holly Teska has also earned several certifications. Holly is a Master Corporate Executive Coach (MCEC) from the MEECO Leadership Institute™, obtained in February 2020.
