Kate Licastro, Ph.D.

Kate Licastro, Ph.D. has a diverse work experience in the field of organization development and psychology. Kate is currently serving as the President and Organization Development Psychologist at True Orbit Consulting, LLC, where they focus on analyzing the dynamics and patterns of organizations. Previously, they worked as a Senior Executive Coach and Organization Development Psychologist at Pixel Leadership Group, LLC, where they employed data-driven solutions to maximize leaders' potential and create effective organizational cultures. Kate also held a position as a Senior Executive Coach & Leadership Development Facilitator at AIIR Consulting. Kate has experience in the public sector as well, serving as the Director of Site Communications and Stakeholder Engagement at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, where they led change management strategies for implementing a new Electronic Health Record. Prior to that, they worked at the National Center for Organization Development as a Senior Organization Development Psychologist, providing comprehensive consultation and coaching services to healthcare executives. Kate started their career at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs as a Postdoctoral Fellow and Clinical Psychology Intern.

Kate Licastro, Ph.D. completed their education in clinical psychology with a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree from Miami University in 2009. Before that, they obtained a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the same institution in 2005. Kate Licastro started their educational journey by earning a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Michigan State University in 2003.

Aside from their academic achievements, Kate Licastro has also obtained several certifications.
