Selima Wandoren has a diverse work experience. Selima is currently the Founder of Selima Wandoren Coaching, where they work as a Certified Executive and Leadership Coach & Life Coach. In this role, they create a safe and supportive environment for their clients, empowers them in finding clarity and defining their vision, and guides them in navigating their own answers and solutions.

In 1994, Selima attended Université Paris Dauphine - PSL and earned a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, and Finance in 1998.

From 1998 to 2000, they attended Baruch College, City University of NY, and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance, General.

In 1995, Selima also obtained a baccalauréat C from Lycée Henri IV, with a major in Mathematics and Science.

More recently, in 2018, they attended iPEC Coaching and earned a Graduate degree in Coaching in 2019.

Additionally, Selima has obtained several certifications, including an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) from the International Coach Federation in December 2019, and a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) from iPEC Coaching in April 2019. Selima also holds a Coaching Certification from iPEC Coaching and an Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner certification from iPEC Coaching, both obtained in 2019. In May 2020, they obtained the AIIR Team Effectiveness Survey certification from AIIR Consulting, and in March 2020, they obtained the AIIR Coaching Mindset Index certification from the same institution. Finally, Selima became a member of the International Coaching Federation in February 2021 and received the ICF Member Badge.
