Sonya Rudenstine, PCC, JD, is a seasoned leadership coach and attorney with extensive experience spanning various roles in coaching and legal fields. As the Founder and Leadership Coach at Affinity Coaching, LLC since January 2021, Sonya specializes in guiding high-achieving, mission-driven leaders and their teams. In addition, Sonya serves as an Executive Coach at Encoraco, where assistance is provided to high-powered attorneys and business professionals throughout their careers. Sonya also holds the position of Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, delivering coaching to global business executives and emerging leaders. With a legal background as Owner of Sonya Rudenstine, Attorney at Law since August 2006, Sonya has represented clients in appellate matters and has previously worked with various nonprofit organizations focused on criminal justice reform. Sonya's educational credentials include a Doctor of Law from New York University School of Law, a Certificate in Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Stanford University.
