Uzma Mohamedali CPCC, ACC, TLCP, MCIM

Uzma Mohamedali has extensive work experience in various roles related to coaching, facilitation, and consulting. Their most recent position is as a Senior Executive Coach at AIIR Consulting, where they focus on increasing the effectiveness and performance of leaders and organizations through sustained behavior change. Prior to this, they worked as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator at Lea_p Leadership, an Executive Coach & Consultant at Humanly, and a Diversity Equity & Inclusion Facilitator & Coach at The Hobbs Consultancy. Uzma also served as a Coach & Facilitator at ekcoSYSTEM and as a Leadership Coach at The Nebo Company. In 2020, Uzma founded Reflect to Act Coaching, where they serve as the CEO and Founder. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Executive Communication Lead at Roche and as a Global Communication Business Partner at Syngenta. Uzma's expertise also extends to internal communications and change management, as they worked as a Director at MOHAMEDALI CONSULTING LTD, providing services to clients across multiple sectors, including Financial Services, Professional Services, Government, Not for Profit, Oil and Gas, Telecommunications, and Agribusiness.

Uzma Mohamedali CPCC, ACC, TLCP, MCIM obtained a BSc(Hons) degree in Speech Communication from UCL, completing their studies from 1997 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they have also earned various certifications and memberships over the years. Uzma obtained an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) certification from the International Coaching Federation in December 2021, and they renewed this certification in January 2022. Uzma also became a CTI Co-Active Coach through the Co-Active Training Institute in February 2021. Uzma has further enhanced their professional skills by completing courses such as "Coaching Skills for Leaders and Managers" in March 2020 and "Communicating about Culturally Sensitive Issues" in June 2020, both from LinkedIn. Uzma has been an elected member of The CIM (MCIM) since August 2009 and holds a Professional Diploma in Marketing (Postgrad 2004) from the CIM | The Chartered Institute of Marketing. Uzma's commitment to their profession is evident through their memberships with the International Coaching Federation and ICF Switzerland, which they obtained in April 2021. Recently, in August 2022, they obtained the Leadership Circle Profile Certification from the Leadership Circle.
