Yosi Kossowsky

Yosi Kossowsky has extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development. Yosi currently serves as Co-Owner and Board Member at K-Tor Consulting Services LTD, where they specialize in organizational design, development, and executive coaching. Yosi's coaching program focuses on self-awareness, empowerment, and breaking out of comfort zones to achieve sustained performance improvement.

Yosi also holds positions as an Executive Coach and Mentor at Pixel Leadership Group, Leadership and Team Coach at Avenue8Advisors, and Mentor and Leadership and Team Effectiveness Coach at Growthspace. In addition, they have worked as an Executive and Team Effectiveness Coach and Leadership Development Facilitator at AIIR Consulting, where they also served as Chief Technology and Strategy Officer.

Furthermore, Yosi has served as an Executive Coach and Mentor at Ei World, Senior Director of Talent and Culture Strategy at SCIEX, Organizational Change and Development Leader for Business and Culture at Cisco, and Certified Executive Coach at Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching. Yosi also has prior experience as a System Engineer at both NDS (now a part of Cisco) and Cisco, where they held various leadership roles focused on development programs, training, and system delivery.

Yosi Kossowsky, Master Corporate Executive Coach, has a diverse education history. In 2003, Yosi earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from the American InterContinental University. Prior to that, from 1990 to 1993, Yosi attended Queens College and obtained another Bachelor's degree, this time in Accounting.

Yosi's education journey started at Hillel Academy in Denver, Colorado, where they studied Elementary Education from 1972 to 1982 and earned a High School degree.

In addition to their educational background, Yosi has obtained numerous certifications throughout their career. Some of these certifications include a Master Corporate Executive Coach from the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches™ (ACEC), obtained in April 2023; Wave® Transfer from Saville Assessment, a WTW Company, obtained in February 2023; Everything DiSC and The Five Behaviors from Wiley, both obtained in January 2023.

Other certifications and accomplishments include Hogan Assessments from Hogan Assessment Systems in January 2021, Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner from Prosci in January 2019, Certified Executive Coach from Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching in May 2018, Storytelling for Influence: Creating Impact Through the Art of Storytelling from IDEO U in March 2018, EQ-i 2.0/360 from Multi-Health Systems Inc. (MHS) in May 2015, and Conscious Leadership Coaching from Conscious Company in May 2013.

Yosi is also a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and holds an ICF Member Badge, obtained in May 2023. Lastly, Yosi has an mcse certification from Microsoft; however, specific details regarding the date of certification are not provided.
