Dr. Dominik Wagner

Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M. is a German attorney and senior partner at TIGGES Rechtsanwälte. Dr. Dominik is a certified specialist in commercial and corporate law, as well as international business law. At TIGGES Rechtsanwälte, they advise German, Polish, and international companies on various commercial law issues, with a focus on contract, commercial and corporate law, and real estate law.

Dr. Wagner is also actively involved in various organizations and associations. Dr. Dominik is a member of the Board of Directors at AHK Polska (Polish-German Chamber of Industry and Commerce) and serves as the Chairman Arbitrator of the Arbitration Board. Dr. Dominik is the President of the International Commercial Law Alliance (ICLA) and a member of the Executive Committee. Additionally, they hold the position of President of the International Business Law Commission at AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers, where they are also a Vice-President and Executive Committee Member.

Dr. Dominik Wagner, LL.M. has a diverse education history. Dr. Dominik obtained their First Legal State Exam from Ruhr University Bochum in 2007, followed by a Certificate from Jagiellonian University in 2005 as part of the School of Polish Law. From 2007 to 2009, they completed a legal traineeship at the Higher Regional Court (OLG) Hamm. In 2009, they earned their Dr. iur. degree in Law from Ruhr University Bochum. Dr. Dominik then pursued a postgraduate LL.M. degree in International Business and Polish Commercial Law from Jagiellonian University in 2008-2009. In 2023, they completed their degree in International Management and Entrepreneurship from ESCP Business School. Currently, they are pursuing an EMBA - Executive Master of Business Administration in English from Kozminski University, which is expected to be completed in 2024. Dr. Dominik Wagner has also obtained several additional certifications, including being a Certified Specialist for International Business Law, an Approved Compliance Officer, a Certified Specialist for Commercial and Corporate Law, and a Certified Foundation Advisor.
