Laura Manz

Laura Manz began their work experience in 2012 as an a.o. Gerichtsschreiberin at Kantonsgericht Baselland, where they were responsible for preparing hearings and drafting judgments in the field of social insurance law. In 2013, they joined Kellerhals Carrard as an Associate and later advanced to the role of Senior Associate in 2019. In 2019, they also became a Member of the Executive Committee and served as Vice President of the Litigation Commission at AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers. Laura is currently a Member of the Board at Insuralex, Trusted Legal Advisors for the (Re)Insurance Industry, starting in 2023.

Laura Manz completed a Master of Law degree in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of Basel from 2005 to 2010. Laura also obtained a CAS International Litigation and Arbitration degree from the University of Zurich in 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they are currently pursuing a Fachanwältin SAV Haftpflicht- und Versicherungsrecht degree from Schweizerischer Anwaltsverband, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
