Marco Gardino

Marco Gardino has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Marco started their career as a Trainee Lawyer at R&P Legal - Studio Associato in September 2011 and then became an Associate in September 2014. In January 2018, they joined RPLT RP legalitax as a Senior Associate and later became a Partner in July 2020.

In August 2020, Marco Gardino took on roles within the AIJA - International Association of Young Lawyers. Marco initially served as the Vice President of the SCILL Commission from August 2020 to August 2023. Marco currently holds the position of Vice President of the M&A Commission, which they started in August 2023.

Marco Gardino has a Laurea cum Laude in Giurisprudenza, specializing in Diritto Tributario, from the Università degli Studi di Torino, which they obtained from 2006 to 2011. Marco also completed a Summer School program in International Business Transactions at the University of San Diego School of Law in 2010. In 2011, they studied Transnational Law at the Center for Transnational Legal Studies. In 2017, they completed a Corso di perfezionamento in diritto dell'energia at Luiss Guido Carli University. Marco Gardino has additional certifications, including being listed as an expert by the Camera di Commercio Milano - MonzaBrianza - Lodi for legal assistance to small and medium-sized enterprises and start-ups, as well as certifications in CELPE Bras, TOEFL, and IELTS.
