Johann Hamel-Akré

Johann Hamel-Akré is a data scientist with extensive experience in both data science and research across various industries. Currently, Johann is employed at aïkan as a Data Scientist since July 2023, following a role at Tellux. Prior to that, Johann held positions as a Senior Data Scientist at techspert.io, focusing on natural language processing and deep learning, and served as a Data Scientist and Big Data Expert at Desjardins. Additional experience includes work in serious gaming analytics at Ako Studio, independent research in data science applications in chemistry and life sciences, and various research roles in academic institutions. Johann holds a Ph.D. in Physics and multiple degrees in materials science and engineering from Université de Rouen, complemented by a technical degree in physics and instrumentation technology from IUT de Rouen.
