Haili (Harry) Zhou has extensive experience in the automotive industry. Haili (Harry) began their career in 1995 as a Product Development Engineer at Ford Motor Company, where they were responsible for full vehicle NVH attributes development and design validation and optimization for powertrain, body, frame, chassis, and interior components. In 1997, they moved to General Motors as a Product Engineer, where they were responsible for structure engineering for vehicle concept development and mid-size car and pickup truck body and chassis engineering. In 1998, they joined Chrysler as a Senior Product Engineer. In 2001, they moved to Tenneco as a Senior Staff Engineer. In 2004, they joined Nissan Motor Corporation as a Manager of Car NVH & Wind Noise and a Senior Project Engineer, where they were responsible for design and release of brake systems for cars and SUVs, cross-function team champion for chassis/brake quality improvement and warranty reduction, and NVH & ride comfort performance planning for Nissan vehicles targeting the North American market. Haili (Harry) also served as the NVH technical lead for trucks and cars. In 2015, they joined Faraday Future as the Deputy Vehicle Chief Engineer FF91, Head of Global NVH, Durability, and CAE Organization. Haili (Harry) was responsible for championing all engineering groups design progress reviews against regulatory, technical, manufacturing, and quality requirements, determining engineering maturity for vehicle milestone sign-off, and leading cross-functional efforts by marketing, engineering, and styling group members to create vehicle attribute targets for the future electric vehicle with unique ownership model, in-vehicle content and autonomous driving. Haili (Harry) also built the NVH, Durability, design, testing and CAE teams and brought up their technical capability to develop next generation electric vehicles from ground up. In 2018, they joined AIKAR as the CTO.

Haili (Harry) Zhou has obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, a Master of Science (M.S.) in Precision Machinery and Precision Instrumentation from the University of Science and Technology of China, and a Bachelor's degree in Precision Machinery and Precision Instrumentation from the University of Science and Technology of China.
